How to Raise a Complaint

Friendly HVAC provider talking with a homeowner beside an outdoor AC unit in Orlando

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Enforcementcombined Heating & Air should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to complain and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What Can You Tell Us About?

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Enforcementcombined Heating & Air
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

What If the Problem Is With a Provider?

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed from it. Please know that Enforcementcombined Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How Do You Send a Complaint?

Email contact@enforcementcombined.beer and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

What Happens After You Write?

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

What If You Are Still Unhappy?

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
